Spray a jumbo muffin tin and add your batter. Bake at 350 for approximately 18-23 minutes or until just barely set in the center. do not OVERBAKE. You may need to check them every minute after 18.
Allow to cool 2-3 minutes then remove from the pan . If using the glaze add while still slightly warm and allow to cool.
