We offer Trial Packs and Variety Packs of all our protein and hydration products, so you can sample our products before committing to full size. We strongly encourage and promote buying a Trial Pack as this should usually eliminate the need for a return.  If you purchase a full size product for any reason and sample from it, it is not eligible for a return, refund or exchange for any reason, including but not limited to an allergic reaction.  Trial Packs, Trial Pack Bundles, Sample Packs are final sale items and cannot be returned for any reason.

We strongly believe in our products and want to make sure you are satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with an 'unopened' protein product (seals intact) purchased directly from DevotionNutrition.com, notify us within 15 days from the date of purchase. Dependent on the circumstances you may be responsible for return shipping.  Upon receipt of your products, a refund of the product purchase price, less any discounts used at checkout and a 10% restocking fee, will be issued.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on the part of Devotion Nutrition.

Dietary Supplements & Consumable Products
Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, all dietary supplements and consumable products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This policy helps ensure the integrity and safety of all products we deliver to our customers.  This policy includes ANY opened products (broken seal).

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you purchased your products from somewhere other than DevotionNutrition.com, please contact the store or website you purchased from and they can help you with your return.

Return Descriptions:

Devotion Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Get peace of mind with Navidium Order Protection which covers packages in the event that they are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.  File a claim easily by visiting our claims page at https://devotionnutrition.com/pages/navidium-claim-page. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.  You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved.  

Trial and/or Sample Packs:  We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any trial packs or trial pack bundles, in full or in part, for any reason whatsoever.

Wrong Product(s) sent: If you received the wrong products please let us know within 15 days. We apologize and will immediately send a return shipping label to receive back the incorrect item(s)you the correct products and send out the correct product(s)!

Change of Heart: If you would like to return an unopened product (tamper seal intact) due to a change of heart we will gladly take it back. You must report it within 15 days and have it shipped back.  Upon receipt of your products, a refund of the product purchase price, less any discounts used at checkout and a 10% restocking fee, will be issued.  Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on the part of Devotion Nutrition.
