Combine all ingredients in a bowl for the cake. Divide into two 10 ounce ramekins. Microwave for 60 to 75 seconds and remove when they seem like they are almost done. You do not want to overbake these. Place in the refrigerator to completely cool.
While they are cooling, prepare the frosting and place it in the refrigerator as well.
Once all has been cooled, divide the frosting between the two cakes, and you want to press the sprinkles into the frosting by flipping the container over. This helps to create a nice crust on top enjoy!
