Welcome to Devotion Nutrition! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, subscription services, affiliate programs, and other offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website is operated by Devotion Nutrition, LLC ("Devotion Nutrition," "we," "our," or "us"). We offer our website and services, including ecommerce and subscription access, conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Our ecommerce platform is powered by Shopify Inc., and your use of the platform is also governed by Shopify’s Terms of Service and policies.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
3. ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create an account, place an order, or subscribe to any service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWALS
We may offer subscription services for certain products. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency and rate selected at checkout until canceled. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship internationally, but availability and shipping times may vary. All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees imposed by their country. International orders may be subject to delays outside of our control.
6. AMBASSADOR & AFFILIATE PROGRAMS
Our Legacy Rewards ambassador and affiliate programs are subject to separate program rules and minimum activity requirements. Inactive accounts (defined as no sales for 90 days) may be deactivated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate affiliate relationships at any time. Any credits/commissions earned are subject to validation and fraud checks.
7. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities to any customer, region, or jurisdiction. We make efforts to accurately display our products, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors shown on your device.

The information provided on this site and in our products is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Devotion Nutrition does not provide medical, fitness, or dietary counseling. 9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By submitting reviews, testimonials, recipes, photos, or any other content, you grant Devotion Nutrition a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our business (including social media, advertising, and promotional materials).
You must not post anything that is offensive, misleading, infringing, or unlawful. We reserve the right to remove or edit user-generated content at our sole discretion.
10. PAYMENT & BILLING
All transactions are processed securely. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit or cancel quantities. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you using the provided contact details. You agree to keep your billing information up-to-date and accurate.
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services. These are provided "as is" without warranties or endorsements. Use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devotion Nutrition and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
15. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and for any reason. Your obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue shall lie in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Devotion Nutrition mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Devotion Nutrition (“Devotion Nutrition”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Devotion Nutrition’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Devotion Nutrition through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include specials, promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Devotion Nutrition. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18556181507 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Devotion Nutrition mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
