Guilt Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries
- 1 scoop Brownie Batter protein
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 12 large Strawberries, rinsed and dried
- 1 stick Birthday Cake Flex Flavor
- 1 tbsp water
Optional Toppings: (not included in macros)
- Rolled in crushed almonds, shredded coconut
Melt the coconut oil in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Mix in protein powder, Flex Flavor and water until completely mixed. Set aside. If you are using optional toppings, place crushed almonds and/or shredded coconut on a plate and set aside. Coat strawberries in chocolate sauce, roll in crushed almond, coconut mixture and place on wax paper. Chill until set and hard. Serve and Enjoy!
