3-Ingredient Brownie Batter Donuts
- 2 Scoops Brownie Batter flavor protein powder
- ½ C Pure Pumpkin Puree
- ½ C Liquid Egg Whites
- Chocolate Chips (optional, but highly recommended)
- 1 Scoop Brownie Batter flavor protein powder
- water to consistency
Mix protein, pumpkin, and egg whites until batter forms. Fold in chocolate chips, if desired. Scoop into a 6-cavity silicone donut mold and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 12 minutes. Remove and cool.
Add water slowly to protein to desired frosting consistency in a medium bowl. Dip your cooled donuts into the frosting and then in sprinkles. Enjoy!
