3-Ingredient Brownie Batter Donuts

Donut Batter
  • 2 Scoops Brownie Batter flavor protein powder
  • ½ C Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ C Liquid Egg Whites
  • Chocolate Chips (optional, but highly recommended)

Icing

  • 1 Scoop Brownie Batter flavor protein powder
  • water to consistency
  • Sprinkles

Mix protein, pumpkin, and egg whites until batter forms.  Fold in chocolate chips, if desired. Scoop into a 6-cavity silicone donut mold and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.  Remove and cool.  

 

Add water slowly to protein to desired frosting consistency in a medium bowl.  Dip your cooled donuts into the frosting and then in sprinkles.  Enjoy!
