Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl until well combined.  Spray a mini loaf pan with nonstick spray and bake at 350 for approximately 20-30 minutes.  Do not over bake.  Cooking times may vary slightly depending on oven.

Yields 2 mini loafs (3x5 pan).
