
Mocha Java Banana Chip Mini Loaf
- 1 scoop Devotion Mocha Java Chip flavor protein power supplement
- 1 medium banana, mashed
- 3 TBSP Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 TBSP Egg Whites
- 2 TBSP Coconut flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 TBSP Baking Stevia
Add wet ingredients and banana to a personal blender and pulse until well combined. Mix dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl and add wet to dry. Pour into a prepared mini loaf pan (sprayed with non-stick). Add optional toppings like crushed nuts, chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake at 350 for approximately 35-40 minutes. Remove and cool. Slice and enjoy!
Yields 1 mini loaf.
