Mini Protein Banana Muffins
- 2 overly ripe bananas
- 2 scoops Devotion Angel Food Cake protein
- 1/3 cup unsweetened natural almond butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Dash sea salt (only if almond butter is unsalted)
- Optional: 1 oz. sugar free, dark chocolate chips
Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until very smooth. Fill Pam-sprayed mini muffin tin about 2/3 full per muffin. (Top with chocolate chips at this time if desired.) Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Enjoy! Recipe makes 18 mini muffins.
