Cinnamon Bun Protein Muffins

Muffin Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops Devotion angel food cake protein
  • 2 TB almond flour
  • 2 packets Creme Brûlée Flex Flavors
  • 1/4 cups gluten free baking flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TB coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup natural almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar free calorie free maple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  Glaze Ingredients:

Method: Mix dry muffin ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet muffin ingredients well until smooth. Combine and mix well until fully incorporated. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes. Recipe yields 14 mini muffins. While muffins are cooling. Combine glaze ingredients. Glaze cooled muffins evenly. (Optional: sprinkle the tops with a dash of cinnamon)
