Chicken & Waffles BBQ Sandwich
Waffle Sandwich Bread
- 1 scoop Buttery Blend flavored protein powder supplement
- ⅓-½ C water
- ½ tsp sea salt
- Any additional seasonings of your choice
Mix all ingredients together place half the batter on a mini waffle iron and cook. Yields two (2) 4" mini waffles.
We used 3 oz pre-cooked rotisserie chicken blended with 2 tablespoons sugar-free BBQ sauce to fill our sandwiches. De-bone and shred or chop and mix with sauce. Feel free to top with additional BBQ if desired and adjust macros accordingly.
