
Cinnamon Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding or Dip
- 2 scoops Sweet Potato Pie flavor protein powder
- 3 sticks Pumpkin Pie FlexFlavors®
- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar alternative
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Scoop into a bowl, and refrigerate. Chill until ready to eat. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
You can easily switch up the flavor by adding different FlexFlavors® sweeteners to this recipe!
