Caramel Banana Chocolate Chip Mini Loaf

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • ¼ C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop or packet of Devotion Salted Caramel Cone Protein powder
  • ½ C old fashioned oats (blended into oat flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ⅓ C sugar-free chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 3x5" mini loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a blender, add bananas and wet ingredients.  Pulse/Blend until well combined. In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well.  Add wet to dry and stir until all ingredients are moistened. Blend in chocolate chips.  Pour into prepared pan.
  3. Bake approximately 25 minutes.
