Ingredients

  • 1.25 scoop (30g) Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter Protein
  • 2 TBSP Coconut flour
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2  C Canned pumpkin
  • 3 TBSP Egg whites
  • 2 TBSP Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 mini Cadbury Eggs

Preparation

Preheat conventional oven to 350F and spray your jumbo muffin pan.  Mix all the dry ingredients together first, then add your wet to dry.  Mix well and equally divide into 3 jumbo muffin cavities.  Gently press one Cadbury egg into the center of each cupcake.  Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy warm for a gooey center or cool completely.
