High Groove Garlic Hummus Dip
- 2 scoops Devotion Nutrition Buttery Blend flavor protein powder supplement
- 1 - 15.5 oz can of chickpeas, drained
- 1 C warm water
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- Sea Salt & Course Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil and Roasted Garlic for topping
Add chickpeas, water and seasonings to food processor or high speed blender and blend for approximately 6-8 minutes or until desired consistency and texture is achieved. Fold in Butter Blend protein powder until well combined. Top with EVOO and additional garlic or seasonings. Serve immediately.
- For creamier hummus, after draining your chickpeas, add water to a pan and simmer for 20 minutes before blending.
- Add an ice cube or two to the mix for super creamy texture.
