Checkered Flag Brownie Batter Balls
- 2 Scoops Brownie Batter flavor protein powder supplement
- 3 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup powdered sweetener
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 4 tbsp egg whites
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Make a little well in the center and add wet ingredients until mixture is thick and tough to stir. It should come together like a dough and be able to form into balls. If the mixture is too dry, add a small amount of water until it comes together. Roll into balls and place in an air tight contain in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
