We strongly believe in our products and want to make sure you are satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from DevotionNutrition.com, just return it to us within 30 days from purchase. We will exchange the product or give you a full refund of the product purchase price, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was an error on the part of Devotion Nutrition.
We offer Variety Packs so you can try all of our products before committing to larger quantities. We strongly encourage and promote buying a Variety Pack before purchasing larger quantities. This will usually eliminate the need for a return.
Damaged Products(s): We sincerely apologize for any products that were damaged during transit. We will happily take back that product and immediately send you a new one. Damaged products must be reported to us within 15 days. Please contact info@DevotionNutrition.com to arrange this.
Wrong Product(s) sent: If you received the wrong products please let us know within 15 days. We apologize and will immediately send you the right products as well as take back the incorrect one(s). ** If you ordered a Rainbow Box and received a different Flex Flavor box, please check to see if there is a rainbow sticker on the box. If so, it is a Rainbow Box as we have not yet designed the packaging for a Rainbow Box.
Change of Heart: If you would like to return an unopened product (tamper seal intact) due to a change of heart we will gladly take it back. You must report it within 15 days and have it shipped back. We will give you a full refund for the product, however shipping costs are not included in the refund.
