US Shipping Policy
We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping for all orders over $149 within the contiguous United States! Free shipping is calculated AFTER discounts and BEFORE shipping is applied. Digital products do not require shipping and do not count towards the free shipping threshold of $149.
Our warehouse processes and packages orders Monday-Friday. We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current estimate is that your order will ship within 4-6 business days from the order date. After which, your order should be delivered dependent upon the method chosen at checkout; for a total of approximately 7-14 business days. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during
shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items,
defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.
You will receive an email upon shipment and can always return to DevotionNutrition.com and log in to your account to check your order. Alternatively, you may email orders@DevotionNutrition.com if you have not received any updates within 7 business days from the date the order was placed.
