Zucchini Bread Protein Oats

Ingredients

Protein Icing

Topping: 

  • 1 TBSP chopped walnuts

Instructions

In a microwavable bowl, mix oats, zucchini and water, cover and microwave for 2 minutes and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Stir in cinnamon and FlexFlavors.

For protein icing, combine ingredients and stir until well blended, top oats with icing and garnish with chopped walnuts
