Sweet Potato Pie Protein Pumpkin Loaf
1 scoop Devotion Sweet Potato Pie protein powder supplement
2 TBSP coconut flour (16g)
1/4 C canned pumpkin (60g)
3 TBSP liquid egg whites
Your choice of milk to thin (add slowly)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix together everything but milk. Add milk slowly to get desired consistency. Top with cinnamon and brown sugar substitute. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
ROUGHLY 240 calories for the entire loaf + 28 grams of protein!!
