Combine Gingerbread protein, applesauce, and egg together and pour into a microwave safe nonstick sprayed bowl.  Microwave for 45 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave. While this is cooking, combine the half scoop of Angel Food Cake protein and milk 1 tablespoon at a time to make a thick icing. Remove cake from microwave and place on a plate then spread the icing over the top. Option to add sprinkles if you want.
