Combine Gingerbread protein, applesauce, and egg together and pour into a microwave safe nonstick sprayed bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave. While this is cooking, combine the half scoop of Angel Food Cake protein and milk or water 1 tablespoon at a time to make the glaze. Remove cake from microwave and place on a plate then spread the icing over the top. Add sprinkles, if desired.
