Protein Carrot Cake Single Serve Mug Cake

Ingredients

Mug Cake

  • 1 Scoop Devotion Nutrition Sinful Cinnamon protein powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 C. Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 C. Grated carrots
  • 1 tsp Chopped walnuts, optional (not included in macros)
  • Raisins, optional (not included in macros)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Dash of Nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together and add batter to greased bowl and microwave in 30 second increments for 60-90 seconds. Do not overcook.

While this is in the microwave, create your creamy, cream cheese frosting to smear on the top. You definitely don't want to leave this off. It also boost the protein to 32 g.

Top with shredded coconut (optional)
