Peanut Butter and Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

 

Method: Place all ingredients into a Mason jar. Mix together to combine. Seal with lid, and store in refrigerator overnight or at least a few hours to give liquids a chance to absorb. Makes 1 serving.   Nicole's tip: Omit banana, or use 1/4 cup oats to decrease carbs and/or sugars. Or make recipe as is, and break it up into 2 servings.

    Looks really good! I am going to try it out, but I would definitely break it up into 2 servings unless I did a 2 hour work out that day!

    You can add 1/2 – 3/4 cup unsweetened non dairy milk. I apologize for the omission of this ingredient in the original recipe. – Nicole
