Cinna-Mini Muffins
So simple & delicious!!
- 2 scoops Sweet Potato Pie Protein
- ½ C pure pumpkin
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- Cinnamon to taste
- Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and fill muffin wells. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Yields 12 mini muffins.
