Butterscotch Dipped Protein Ice Cream
Ingredients: Protein Ice Cream:
- 1/2 cup softened Arctic Zero vanilla maple ice cream
- 1/2 scoop Devotion Angel Food Cake protein powder
- 1 original ice cream cone (20 calorie cone)
- 1 tsp melted coconut oil
- 1 TB PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 1 tsp butterscotch dry sugar free pudding mix
Method: For the ice cream, mix softened ice cream with protein powder in a bowl. Place back in freezer to firm. Next, mix all topping ingredients well until smooth. Scoop firm protein ice cream into cone. Spoon topping over ice cream. It will harden quickly. *Optional: place a sugar free dark chocolate piece on top while topping is still wet. Place in freezer for just a few minutes to get that crunchy shell.
