Brownie Batter Biscoff Protein Cake

Cake
- 1 scoop Devotion Nutrition Brownie Batter flavor protein powder
- 7g Jet Black Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g liquid egg whites
- 90g pure pumpkin, canned
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk dry ingredients together, then add in wet. Stir well into a batter. Divide batter evenly between 3 mini round 4” baking dishes lined with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Bake about 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool before frosting.
Frosting
- 150g plain Greek yogurt
- 5g sugar free fat free white chocolate pudding mix
Toppings
- 6g Oreo pie crust crumbles
- 1 Biscoff creme filled cookies
- 28g Biscoff Cookie Butter
