Blueberry Crumb Cake

Ingredients

2 C Oats, blended

3 scoops Devotion Wild Blueberry protein

1 cup Unsweetened Almond milk or milk of choice

1 C unsweetened apple sauce 

1/2 C egg whites 

1 tsp baking powder

2 C fresh blueberries

Preparation

Blend everything in a blender except fresh blueberries. Once blended fold in fresh blueberries and pour into grease 9x13 baking pan.

Spread crumble topping on top of cake

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
