US Shipping Policy
We are happy to offer US Standard Ground Shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 for orders shipping within the contiguous United States.
FREE Shipping is available on all qualifying orders $149 and over (before taxes and after discounts) shipping within the contiguous United States.
First-time customers may qualify for free standard ground shipping on their initial order. Eligibility and any applicable minimum purchase requirements will be displayed at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, outlying U.S. islands, and International shipping rates are calculated according to the shipping address at checkout. Digital products do not require shipping and do not count toward shipping thresholds.
Our warehouse processes and packages orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Multiple orders placed by the same customer within a 24–72 hour period may be combined into a single shipment at the discretion of the shipping manager.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days, excluding holidays or during high-volume promotional periods.
Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and method chosen at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other unforeseen factors such as health and safety regulations.
At checkout, you may see an 'estimated' delivery window indicating possible transit time. Please note that this is estimation and not a guarantee and does not include processing time.
Devotion Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Get peace of mind with Navidium Order Protection which covers packages in the event that they are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. File a claim easily by visiting our claims page at https://devotionnutrition.com/pages/navidium-claim-page. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved.

Express Shipping
- Available at live carrier rates displayed at checkout
- Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after shipment
If utilizing Shop Pay or any form of Express Checkout to process your order, please verify that the shipping address is correct as it will auto populate whatever is stored in their online payment system. We do not have access to any information stored directly in your secure account. If you email customer service before your order ships, we can correct the shipping address. However, if your order ships to an incorrect address authorized by you at checkout, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to correctly route the package and/or replace the products shipped in the case we do not receive a return package.
Digital products are fulfilled immediately upon placing your order.
You will receive an email upon shipment and can always return to DevotionNutrition.com and log in to your account to check your order. Alternatively, you may email orders@DevotionNutrition.com if you have not received any updates within 7 business days from the date the order was placed.

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Canadian & International Shipping Policy
Canadian and International orders DO NOT qualify for free shipping. We do not currently ship to international P.O. Boxes.
We utilize the Zonos App to estimate duties and taxes to your shipping address, which are calculated and payable with your completed order at checkout. However, The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Devotion Nutrition has no control over these charges, nor can Devotion Nutrition predict what they may be.
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. If you experience difficulties using your credit or debit card to make an international purchase, please first contact your bank to ensure that your card has been enabled for international purchases.
When ordering outside of the United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
- Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We are not able to offer refunds on products that are refused for any reason. In addition, if Devotion Nutrition is billed for the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal, you may be responsible for that cost, too.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center in an undamaged and resalable condition. A refund will be issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only. We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
