Triple Chocolate Protein Cookies

Mix all ingredients until well blended and let the batter sit for 5 minutes.  Scoop 5 equal portions onto parchment paper or non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes.  Depending on your oven, you may require up to an additional two minutes but be careful not to overbake.  They will firm up while they cool! Enjoy!
