Sweet Potato Whoopie Pies
- 2 scoops Devotion Nutrition Sweet Potato Pie protein powder supplement
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup of water
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl and spoon into a 12-cavity whoopie pie pan or muffin top pan, prepared with non-stick spray. Bake 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool completely before filling.
- 5 TBSP CoolWhip Free
- 2 TBSP Marshmallow Fluff
Combine CoolWhip and Marshmallow fluff and divide evenly.
This recipe makes 6 Whoopie Pies when assembled.
