Protein Cinnamon Rolls
Dough:
- 1 scoop Angel Food Cake, Buttery Blend or Sinful Cinnamon (or mix and match)
- 1/4 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour
Mix ingredients into dough ball and set aside.
For filling, combine:
- 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe it's Not Butter
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Sweetener
- 1/2 tablespoon Granular Sweeter
- Cinnamon
Press out dough into square, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread Cinnamon Butter mixture all over dough. Cut into 4 and roll up each piece like pinwheel. Place in greased muffin tin and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Icing:
- 1/2 scoop Angel Food Cake
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons Water
Mix well and pour over warm rolls!
Yields 4 cinnamon rolls. 1 roll = 1 serving.
