Chocolate Protein Mini Loaf
- 1 scoop Devotion Brownie Batter or Mocha Java Chip Flavor Protein Powder
- 1/4 C oatmeal
- 1/4 C pumpkin puree
- 1/4 C liquid egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP cocoa powder
- Sugar-free chocolate chips
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl until well combined. Spray a mini loaf pan with nonstick spray and bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes. Do not overbake. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on oven.
