Cinna-Mini Muffins

So simple & delicious!!

  • 2 scoops Sweet Potato Pie Protein
  • ½ C pure pumpkin
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and fill muffin wells. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Yields 12 mini muffins.
