Sweet Potato Fries
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- sea salt
- ground pepper
- 1-2 sticks FlexFlavors®
Optional : Protein pudding for dipping!!
Wash and slice the sweet potato into equally shaped fries. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil or melted coconut oil. Gently toss to coat. Sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper. Bake in oven at 500 degrees for 30-35 min or until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After plating, while still hot, sprinkle with FlexFlavors. Gently toss while the flavor melts in. Enjoy this sweet and savory clean side dish!
