Sugar Free Lemon Glaze over Salmon

This Lemon and Vinegar Glaze is the perfect addition to broiled salmon. The Lemon Meringue Flex Flavor adds just the right amount of sweetness to offset the other ingredients. Although salmon was the main dish here, this glaze can be added to any other fish, or chicken, or pork.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 stick Lemon Meringue Flex Flavor
  • 2 6 oz. salmon fillets (or meat of choice)

Method: Preheat broiler on high and prepare fish as desired on baking sheet or casserole dish. Broil fish for 2 minutes. In a medium bowl add all glaze ingredients as listed above. Mix together thoroughly with a whisk or fork. Simply spoon glaze on fish. Continue cooking fish for additional 6 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
