This Lemon and Vinegar Glaze is the perfect addition to broiled salmon. The Lemon Meringue Flex Flavor adds just the right amount of sweetness to offset the other ingredients. Although salmon was the main dish here, this glaze can be added to any other fish, or chicken, or pork.
- 1 tsbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 stick Lemon Meringue Flex Flavor
- 2 6 oz. salmon fillets (or meat of choice)
