Strawberry Protein Mug Cake

Spray large microwave-safe mug (coffee cup) with non-stick spray and set aside. Mix egg white, water, protein, baking powder, and Flex Flavor in bowl and whisk until combined. Pour ingredients into mug and place in the microwave for 45-50 seconds. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 4-5 minutes. Flip mug upside down on plate. Center should be slightly runny so puncture with a fork to allow insides to ooze out. Enjoy!
