Protein Banana Cake

Optional Toppings: Protein Icing

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 2 small heart shaped loaf pans with non stick spray and set aside. Place all cake ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well. When all ingredients are combined, pour batter into pans. Place in oven to bake for 18-22 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

While cake is baking, prepare icing by adding all ingredients in small bowl and mixing well. Place in the refrigerator to allow to settle a bit before icing cooled cake.

Ice cakes with icing, sprinkle with red sprinkles and top off with sweetheart candies and enjoy!

Yields: 2 small loaf cakes
