Pina Colada Protein Shake
- 1 scoop Angel Food Cake protein powder
- 2 sticks Coconut Biscotti Flex Flavors
- 8 fl oz water
- 1 C ice (2 C for fluff)
- ½ C frozen pineapple chunks
In a blender or food processor, mix Devotion Angel Food Cake protein powder with Coconut Biscotti Flex Flavors, water, ice and pineapple, reserving a chunk or two for garnish, if desired. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached. Pour into tall glass and garnish with reserved pineapple.

Notes: If using canned pineapple, look for pineapple that is canned in 100% juice. Words like “light syrup” can be deceiving and still translates to lots of added sugar carbs! Fresh or frozen, unsweetened, are going to be lowest calorie and lowest sugar.
