Cake Method:

Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until smooth. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Flip over onto a plate.

    Frosting Method:

    Mix all frosting ingredients in a small bowl, and pour on top of the mug cake.

    Optional garnishes (not included in macros): Fresh raspberries  and/ or Fat-free whipped cream
