- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 scoops Angel Food Cake protein powder
- 2 packets of Peach Cobbler Flex Flavors
- ½ cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (2nd part)
- ¼ cup golden raisins
Optional Toppings: Protein Icing (not included in macros)
- Fat Free Whipped Cream
- Berry garnish
In a pan, add 1 cup instant rice, 1 cup almond milk and cinnamon. Bring to boil and then simmer until cooked (about 5 min). In a separate bowl, combine Angel Food Cake protein, Peach Cobbler Flex Flavors, 1/2 cup almond milk and raisins. Mix into pudding mixture and add to cooked rice. Stir into rice pudding, serve in mini ramekins and garnish.
