Maple Bacon Protein Pancakes

Protein pancakes recipe

In a small bowl, mix together dry ingredients and set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together liquids until well blended. Add dry ingredients to liquids and stir to combine.

Preheat griddle and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour approximately ⅛ cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle. When bubbles start to rise and pop, flip and cook through. Repeat until all batter is used up. Garnish as desired and serve.
