Low Carb Coconut Meringue Brownies
Brownies are incredible by themselves, but adding coconut meringue just raised the bar. And to think these are low carb, high protein, and gluten free...Yes, you can Have Your Shake And It Too!
Ingredients for Brownie:
- 1 scoop Devotion Brownie Batter
- 1/4 pure pumpkin
- 1/4 oatmeal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup water
Ingredients for Meringue:
- 1 egg white
- 1 stick Coconut Biscotti Flex Flavor

Method for Meringue: Beat the egg white until creamy and fluffy. Add the Coconut Biscotti Flex Flavor and beat again. Freeze it for 15 minutes. Top brownie with Coconut Meringue. Serve and savor!
