Low Carb Birthday Cake Recipe

Who says you have to eat a sugar filled, high caloric cake to celebrate a birthday? These mini mouthwatering birthday cakes are made with Devotion Angel Food Cake, Devotion Brownie Batter and our Creme Brulee Flex Flavor. It will leave your taste buds grinning and your waist line slimming. After all, it's your birthday- so have your cake and eat too! 

Ingredients for Base: 

Ingredients for Icing:
  • 2 scoops Devotion Brownie Batter
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Pasteurized Liquid Egg whites
  • Mix or blend until a nice thick icing texture

Method for Base: Blend ingredients in the high speed blender until creamy. Add water if consistency seems too thick. Pour into mini cakes pans greased with Pam cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until cakes have a nice golden color.  Allow to fully cool. Icing- Spread icing on top of one cake. Stack and spread the remaining of the icing on top. Decorate and Celebrate
