Perfect for those chili winter days this soup combines butternut squash, apples, and pumpkin spice. Flavor and warmth all wrapped into nice bowl of tasty soup.
- 2 Sweet Onions
- 3 peels and chunked Butternut Squash
- 6 Green Apples
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 container chicken stock
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick Pumpkin Spice Flex Flavors
Method: Sautee the chopped sweet onions with 1 tbs coconut oil. Add butternut Squash chunks and chopped green apples. Pour chicken stock over it all and bring to boil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and bring to simmer. Once everything is soft, blend with a hand blender. Ladle into a bowl, sprinkle 1-2 packets Pumpkin Spice Flex Flavor. Add slow cooker shredded chicken if desired as a great lunch or dinner!
