- 1 scoop Angel Food Cake protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
- ½ cup Plain or Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 Fruity Hoops Flex Flavors
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
Optional Toppings: Fresh fruit or granola. Not included in macros.
Add Protein, Almond Milk, Flex Flavors, Yogurt and Chia seeds into a bowl and stir until combined well. Put into dishes and chill for 1 hour or even overnight. Garnish with fresh fruit or granola and enjoy!
