
Devotion Flourless Chocolate Birthday Cake
Cake ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 TB melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup natural almond butter
- 3 egg whites
- 2 scoops DEVOTION Brownie Batter protein
- 4 packets DEVOTION Creme Brûlée Flex Flavors
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 TB stevia in the raw
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Ganache frosting:
- 1.5 scoops DEVOTION Brownie Batter protein
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup calorie-free sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 packet DEVOTION Creme Brûlée Flex Flavors
- 1 TB natural almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Garnish ingredients:
- 1 TB rainbow sprinkles
- 1 TB sugar free dark chocolate chips

Method:
For cake: mix dry and wet ingredients separately. Combine and mix until fully incorporated. Spray (2) 8-inch with cooking spray. Pour batter evenly into each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes depending upon your desired texture. Cool cakes and make frosting.
Frosting: mix all frosting ingredients until smooth.
When cakes have cooled. Invert one onto desired plate. Frost lightly this layer. Invert the other cake directly on top and cover the entire cake with remaining frosting. Garnish with sprinkles and chocolate chips as desired.
Makes 8 servings. 1 serving is 1 slice.
