Coconut Lime Protein Pudding

Protein pudding recipe

 

Combine all ingredients, except for graham cracker crumbs, and mix well. Place crushed graham crackers into two serving dishes and divide pudding evenly. Garnish with lime zest.

Please note, that this recipe uses standard limes. Key limes are far more tart in taste, and may be used if desired, however, amount used may need to be adjusted accordingly.

For those who are not fans of coconut, feel free to use another flex flavor. Golden Butter or Creme Brulee are excellent choices.
