Protein Truffle Recipe


Optional Toppings:  (not included in macros)

  • crushed almonds

Combine the protein powder, peanut butter, Flex Flavors and sea salt in a medium sized bowl. Slowly add in almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, so that a dough forms but the mixture isn’t overly sticky or wet. Once you’ve mixed everything together and have forms a dough consistency, use your hands to shape the dough into 1-2 inch balls. Roll the chocolate truffles in crushed almonds (or just sprinkle the toppings on top). Place the decorated truffles on wax paper and place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
