Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Protein Muffins Recipe

We can barely call these muffins...They're somewhere between brownies and cupcakes. You'll just have to try them yourself to decide what you want to call them. For now, we'll just call them Absolute Delish-es-ness!

Ingredients: (1 serving= makes 3 muffins)

  Instructions:
  • Pre-heat oven to 350*F
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour all ingredients into muffin tray
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Eat and Savor!

Serving size: 3 muffins Macros: Cal: 240 // fat: 4.2 // pro: 35 // carb: 28

    Hi Linda, Oat Bran is available in most grocery stores. You can use regular oatmeal as a substitute though.
