Chocolate-Banana PB Cookies

CHOCO-NANA-PB COOKIES  

Ingredients:

 

Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well in a medium bowl. Form 1 inch balls, and flatten to make a round cookie. Place on baking sheet lined with a silicone pad (or parchment paper). Bake for 6-8 minutes. 6 minutes for a fudge-like texture, 8 minutes for a crispier cookie. Makes about 20 cookies. (Place optional sprinkles on top just before baking.)
